§ THE METAPHYSIC

quam pulchrae sunt mammae tuae soror mea sponsa pulchriora ubera tua vino et odor unguentorum tuorum super omnia aromata

Within the Cosmos, the Most Beautiful thing is that which is the Most Radiant, that which most pierces earthly reality with the brilliant shining of perpetual Being. It is also that which is the Most Beloved, that by which Eros has most pierced and rent the Most Adoring heart. As the Demiurge blended the unblendable, the indivisible with the divisible, the permanent with the transient in Creating the Cosmos, which is the Most Beautiful thing that exists or can exist, so also is the Beautiful the blending of the Radiant and the Beloved, of the perpetual and the generated.

[To the same and the different the Demiurge added the middle between, creating the Cosmos from the Three, not the Two. In such, the Radiant is known to be made even more Radiant by being Beloved, and the Beloved is known to be made more so for Her Radiance.]

To Create Beauty is to Create from the paradigm of Beauty; which is to say is to Create from both Radiance and Beloving. To Create Desire is not to Create an image of Desire, but to Create out of the Divine paradigm of Desire, such that the perpetual Being of Desire shines through the Creation. To create Perfect Desire, however, is not only to make out of the paradigm of Desire, but to Create a paradigm of Desire, blended with the image of Desire.
